Lieke's dream concept was turned into a beautiful design with the help of product designer Remi van Oers. It took two years of research, finetuning, development, trying and testing to realise a product with Japandi multifunctionality in a natural pallete. Finally, they found the best Dutch makers and crafters to produce each of the three items locally in the Netherlands, that make up the set: a porcelain cup, an oak saucer and a stainless steel stirrer.
